3. Step 1: Emergency Methods
In this module, I share three methods you can use in real-life situations when anxiety comes up. Toilet Tapping, Finger Tapping, and Soham each work a little differently, and together they give you something practical to draw on while you work through the rest of the course.

4. Step 2: EFT Beliefs
In this module, we clear the ground before the deeper work begins. Any doubts or resistances you carry toward EFT can slow down your results, so we go through a worksheet of common beliefs about the method and work through the ones that still hold weight for you.

5. Step 3: Specific Events
In this module, the real work begins. You make a list of the emotionally charged events from your past and work through them one by one, using the Tell the Story Technique together with tapping to remove the table legs that hold your social anxiety in place.

6. Step 4: Social Anxiety Beliefs
In this module, we go after the layers that did not surface on their own in Step 3. You trace the beliefs still holding your social anxiety in place back to the events that built them, work through each one with tapping, and, if you like, use Positive Emotional Reframing to build something supportive on the ground you have cleared.

7. This Is Your New You
In this final module, I share what tends to happen as your emotional freedom grows and social anxiety starts to feel like something from a distant past. I also talk about the natural anxiety that can come with stepping into new experiences, and why continuing to develop yourself from here is worth it.
