Refund policy

This is a digital course delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. Once you have access to the material, it can’t be returned in any meaningful sense. This page explains what that means for you. Last updated 07/2026.

Social Anxiety Reset is a digital course. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the full course is made available to you. From that point on, refunds and exchanges are not offered.

The reason is straightforward. Unlike a physical product, digital course material can’t be handed back after it’s been received.

When you complete your purchase, you’re asking for the course to be made available to you right away. Under EU consumer law, requesting immediate access to digital content means the standard 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once that access has begun. Paddle, which processes your payment, obtains this consent from you during checkout.

If you’re not sure whether the course is right for you, please read the About page and watch the four-minute explainer video on the homepage before you buy. If something is still unclear, write to me at mirco@socialanxietyreset.net. I’d rather answer your questions before a purchase than have you buy something that doesn’t fit.

If the course isn’t loading, a payment went wrong, or something feels off in a way you’d want to talk about, email me at mirco@socialanxietyreset.net before opening a formal dispute. Most issues turn out to be technical and I can usually resolve them the same day.

Chargebacks trigger a slower process through Paddle and are rarely the fastest way to a solution.
