Refund policy

This is a digital course delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. Once you have access to the material, it can’t be returned. Last updated 07/2026.

Social Anxiety Reset is a digital course. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the full course is made available to you. From that point on, refunds and exchanges are not offered.

When you complete your purchase, you’re asking for the course to be made available to you right away. Under EU consumer law, requesting immediate access to digital content means the standard 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once that access has begun. This consent is captured during checkout.

Nothing on this page limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence and that cannot be waived.

If the course isn’t loading, if you can’t access what you paid for, or if something else feels off in a way you’d want to talk about, email me at mirco@socialanxietyreset.net before opening a formal dispute. Most issues turn out to be technical and I can usually resolve them the same day.

Chargebacks trigger a slower process through your bank and payment provider, and are rarely the fastest way to a solution.
