Social Anxiety Reset is a self-guided educational course. It is not therapy, not medical treatment, and not a substitute for professional help. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional.

If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, or if your past includes significant trauma such as sexual abuse, war, or severe experiences of any kind, please work with a qualified professional rather than relying on this course alone.

If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or a crisis helpline in your country.

All text, video, audio, illustrations, worksheets, and other material in the course are my intellectual property. Buying access gives you the right to use them for your own personal work. It doesn’t transfer ownership, and it doesn’t give you the right to copy, republish, translate, resell, or distribute any part of the course.

I do my best to make sure the course is accurate, safe, and useful. But I can’t be held liable for how you use the material, for any outcomes that follow from your practice, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
