This page describes the agreement between you and me when you buy access to Social Anxiety Reset. It’s written plainly so you know exactly what you’re signing up for. Last updated 07/2026.

Social Anxiety Reset is a course created and provided by Mirco Grande, Bahnhofstrasse 1, 8165 Schöfflisdorf, Switzerland. When these terms refer to “I”, “me”, or “we”, they mean me. When they refer to “you”, they mean the person buying access to the course.

When your payment is confirmed, you receive lifetime access to Social Anxiety Reset, including all future updates to the course content.

Your access is for your personal use only. You may not share your login, resell the material, or make the course content available to anyone else. The course is delivered digitally through socialanxietyreset.net, on any device with an internet connection.

Payment for the course is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, issues the invoice, and manages any applicable sales tax or VAT. Their own terms apply to the payment itself and can be found at paddle.com.

The course itself, and your use of it, is governed by these terms.

Social Anxiety Reset is a self-guided educational course. It is not therapy, not medical treatment, and not a substitute for professional help. I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional.

If you have a diagnosed mental health condition, or if your past includes significant trauma such as sexual abuse, war, or severe experiences of any kind, please work with a qualified professional rather than relying on this course alone. The course itself makes this clear in its opening module, and it applies here as a formal condition of use.

If you are in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or a crisis helpline in your country.

The course is built on methods I’ve used personally and refined over years of practice. Most people who commit to daily practice see meaningful shifts within one to two weeks. But everyone is different, and I can’t promise a specific outcome for every situation.

What I can promise is that the material, the structure, and the direct support are the same for every person who buys the course.

All text, video, audio, illustrations, worksheets, and other material in the course are my intellectual property. Buying access gives you the right to use them for your own personal work. It doesn’t transfer ownership, and it doesn’t give you the right to copy, republish, translate, resell, or distribute any part of the course.

I may update, expand, or restructure the course over time as I refine the material. Your lifetime access includes those updates. If a substantial part of the course is ever discontinued, I’ll do my best to give existing users reasonable notice.

I do my best to make sure the course is accurate, safe, and useful. But I can’t be held liable for how you use the material, for any outcomes that follow from your practice, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland. Any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence remain unaffected.
